Buzz: Fambly Fun!’s A.V. Session

We are extremely proud to share with you this live Fambly Fun! performance.  A while back, the band went into DNA Music Labs in Madison at the behest of The Onion A.V. Club, and this is the result – a ridiculous video of epic proportions and an equally ridiculous interview with the band afterward.

Check out the video here, and give our regards to The Onion A.V. Club.

NSFW: See Alex’s Gunshot Wound

Earlier this week, Fambly Fun! released a song to benefit the recovery of their guitarist Alex Hero after he was senselessly shot.  Now, if you’re not squeamish, you can watch the video above to check out the actual wound.  It is not for the feint of heart.

You can still contribute and grab the track here.  Get well soon, big guy!

Fambly Fun! – Little Steps Fundraiser

“Little Steps” is a single released by Fambly Fun! to help out the band’s guitarist, Alex Hero. Just a week ago, Alex was mugged and shot. His recovery is coming swiftly, but hospitals are expensive these days. This track is a symbol of love and friendship from the entire Fambly.

This track is available for a minimum donation of $1. All proceeds will go to Alex and his family. Any donation is appreciated.

Two Fambly Fun! Muggings In One Year?

Mine All Mine Records would like to wish a speedy recovery to Fambly Fun! guitarist, Alex.  He suffered a non-fatal shooting while being mugged last night.  Alex is the second member of Fambly Fun! to be mugged and injured with a gun after saxophonist Sam was held up and struck with a gun earlier this year.

This is not a joke, and we hope Alex will be enjoying life once again very soon.

Fambly Fun! Mentioned In The Onion A.V. Club. Twice!

This week, Mine All Mine Records’ hip-hop act Fambly Fun! was mentioned on the Onion A.V. Club website twice!  First, they talked about the flier for Fambly Fun!’s upcoming show with Truck$top Girlfriend that had to be taken down from facebook.  Then, they posted an article based on hip-hop side projects in the Madison area, focused on Fambly Fun! and Truck$top Girlfriend.

Catch both bands mentioned at The Frequency in Madison next week Wednesday.
